DAVA Foods Group

DAVA Foods is an innovative, Nordic food company that processes, packages and distributes eggs, pasteurised eggs and plant-based foods. Each country works with local brands in relation to eggs, but we are united by the growing range of products with the yellow DAVA brand.  

The DAVA Foods group consists of seven companies and one sales office and is Scandinavian market leader in the egg category. In 2021 the business was expanded with a plant-based division that includes a variety of Danish, organic seeds, legumes and oils and a wide range of spices.

The group handles approx. 2.0 billion eggs a year. The group processes, wraps and distributes fresh shell eggs and a variety of cooked and pasteurised egg products and boiled eggs as well as protein supplements of highest quality.

The group has six packing facilities, four product factories and one boiling house in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Estonia as listed below:

Through the ownership structure DAVA Foods has deep roots in agriculture and works closely with local farmer on cultivating plant-based crops as well as ensuring animal welfare for our hens.

The DAVA Foods Group manages six packing facilities, four product factories and one boiling house in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Estonia as listed below:

DK: Two packing facilities and one product factory
NO: One product factory and one boiling-house
SE: One packing facility and one product factory
FI: Two packing facilities and one product factory
EE: One packing facility

In Denmark, we run a factory in Northern Jutland, where we clean all our plant-based crops. Our plant-based assortment as well as our spices are packaged and distributed for retail and food service in Hadsund.
