Scrambled eggs with a twist.
You need
1 egg
115 DAVA whitePRO egg whites
50 g spinach
0,5 dl rice drink
1 slice of crispbread
A little Philadelphia light cream cheese
50 g avocado
Cherry tomatoes

Salt and pepper
How to
Mix egg, egg whites, rice flour and spinach together with salt and pepper. Fry at a medium temperature on non-stick pan.
Serve on crispbread with avocado. Garnish with chives and cherry tomatoes.
Tip!
Should you require something a little more filling, then replace the crispbread with delicious, freshly baked rye bread.
