Hemp flour pancakes with DAVA® whitePRO™ and cottage cheese

Pancakes with hemp flour and cottage cheese are a light and delicious lunch - which is also quick to make and only requires a few ingredients.
The pancakes are also perfect to eat as a quick snack. The recipe makes four pancakes.
You need
Pancakes
2 dl DAVA® whitePRO™ egg whites
2 dl DAVA® whitePRO™ egg whites
2 dl DAVA® hemp flour
Salt and pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
Topping
1 dl edamame beans
2 tbsp DAVA® roasted hemp seeds
1 tbsp rapeseed oil
3 dl cottage cheese
How to
Mix egg whites and hemp flour in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
Heat the olive oil in a pan and cook the pancakes on both sides until they are slightly
golden.
Mix edamame beans with the roasted hemp seeds and rapeseed oil. Season with salt and pepper.
Top the pancakes with cottage cheese and edamame beans.
