Egg white muffins

Egg white muffins are easy to make and are perfect as a light snack, for tapas, for lunch, or on the brunch table.
You need
460 g DAVA whitePRO egg whites
50 g baby spinach
Rough parsley
Cherry tomatoes
Salt and pepper
How to
Divide the baby spinach, parsley and halved cherry tomatoes into muffin moulds.
The egg whites are seasoned with salt and pepper and poured on top.
Bake in a preheated oven of 200 °C for approx. 10 minutes or until they are golden brown.
