Cabbage wrap with egg whites

You need

Cabbage wrap
Red or green spring cabbage
3 slices of turkey bacon cut into thin strips
1 large tomato
50 g cucumber
50 g cottage chees
Scrambled eggs
1 egg
115 g DAVA whitePRO egg whites
50 ml rice milk or other neutral flavoured plant milk

How to 

Eggs, egg whites and rice milk are mixed together with added salt and pepper to taste. Cook at medium temperature in a non-stick pan.

Fry the turkey bacon 

Take a large spring cabbage leaf and decorate it with scrambled eggs, thin strips of bacon, tomatoes, cucumber squares and cottage cheese.

The turkey bacon can easily be replaced by other bacon types, and can also be easily omitted if you want a vegetarian version.
