Blueberry and avocado smoothie

Perfect before or after training.This smoothie has extra high protein content, partly due to skyr. That makes it ideal after a tough workout.
You need
2 dl skyr, flavored with vanilla, forest berries, or neutral
100 g frozen blueberries
0.5 avocado
115 g DAVA whitePRO™ egg whites
1 teaspoon liquid sweetener
2 teaspoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
5 fresh mint leaves
How to
Everything except mint leaves is poured into a blender and blended well. Serve in a glass with mint leaves as garnish.
