You need
115 g of DAVA whitePRO™ egg whites
0.5 orange
0.5 banana
5-7 frozen strawberries
1 small handful of berries
1 small piece of ginger
8-10 almonds
A little flaxseed or chia seeds, optionally
How to
Everything except almonds is poured into a blender and blended well.
Almonds are added last and blended for about 5 seconds more.
Tip!
Only imagination sets the limit. You can use the fruits and berries that are your favorites - or just those you have on hand. If you're enjoying the smoothie on a hot summer day, make sure to have berries and fruits chilled. You can add ice cubes.
