No Kebab durum

Try out our No Kebab product in your next durum. It is almost as quick as ordering in, and it is a plant-based alternative. We have pepped up our No Kebab durum with homemade flatbread, but that is not vital to your success 💚

3 dl milk or non-dairy milk as desired
25 g yeast
1 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
400 g wheat flour
1 jar DAVA hummus
350 g DAVA No Kebab, prepared
Cherry tomatoes
Baby spinach
Red onion, minced
Herbs according to taste


Warm the milk/non-dairy milk in a pot. Stir in the yeast.
Pour milk/non-dairy milk into a mixing bowl, and add sugar, olive oil and salt. Add flour a little at a time.
Knead the dough until it is soft and supple. Leave the dough to rise covered for 1 hour.
Divide the dough into eight pieces. Roll each piece to a circle with a diameter of approx. 20 cm.
Fry the pieces of flatbread on a pan greased with a little olive oil. Turn over the bread pieces when they are golden.
Put filling on the flatbread.
Spread hummus on the flatbread, and top with DAVA No Kebab.
Finally, add vegetables and salad.
You can roll the bread into a durum roll or eat it open.
You can also buy ready-made flatbread.
