Chocolate muffins

Delicious and fluffy chocolate muffins with chocolate chips.
What's special about our recipe for chocolate muffins is that they contain DAVA whitePRO egg whites and hemp flour - and they're sugar-free, but instead with a sweetener.
You need
125 g vegan butter
75 ml water
200 g Sukrin
1.5 dl DAVA® whitePRO™ egg whites
2 tbsp vanilla paste
40 g DAVA® hemp flour
100 g wheat flour
50 g cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
100 g dark chocolate 70%, chopped
Cocoa powder for decoration
How to
Heat butter and water in a pot, until the butter is melted.
Lightly whisk Sukrin and egg white. Add vanilla paste.
Sift hemp flour, wheat flour, cocoa and baking powder together. Pour the flour mixture into the egg white mixture and stir into a homogenous dough.
Pour the butter water into the dough and stir, until the dough is completely smooth.
Then, pour the dough into muffin cups and press a piece of chocolate into every muffin.
Bake at 170°C for approx. 20 minutes. Sprinkle with cocoa before serving.
