You need
2 ripe bananas
230 g DAVA whitePRO egg whites
1 tsp baking soda
40 g of oatmeal
30 g of coconut flour
2 tbsp of Psyllium husks
Sukrin gold
0,5 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla powder
How to
All ingredients are blended in a bowl and spread into greased or non-stick muffin moulds.
Bake at 180 °C for about 12 minutes.
